With Getresponse’s email analytics you can do just that and setup goals for your campaigns as well as automation rules for whenever a goal is reached.

With email analytics you can also see your bounce rates, open rates, unsubscribe rates and click through rates.

This really sets Getresponse apart from it’s competitors. With this updated feature, relevant messages can be created timely. Messages are created according to subscriber’s need and expectations and are send automatically. As a result open and click rates are higher. With time based auto responders I can create unlimited responses customized to the desires and requirements of audience.

With this new age feature, you can design messages precise, accurare and relevant for each and every subsciber with personalised one to one layour.

Inbox Previews

An email looks different depending on a variety of things such as the receivers email client, computer screenresulution and many other factors. With inbox preview you can preview and test your email on almost every client that exists.

Email Creator

Now, this is something I love personally because it makes your email look pretty and beautiful. With the basic blocks available you can drag and drop them into your texts to differentiate your content. You can also crop, resize and scale the images inside the editor.

If you are weary of creating your own templates then GetResponse brings in pool of templates in various colours and shapes, you just need to add the contents. You have to use Email creator frequently to get the hang of it.

New Responsive Email Design

Easies to create responsive emails that looks good both on computers, phones and tablets. Almost every internet user open and read emails on their smartphones today so make sure your emails look good even on cell phones.

Getresponse also allows you to create stunning landing pages and even customize them by dragging and dropping. Once you connected your email campaign to your landing page (which is very easy to do) you can follow detailed statistics of your visitors and subscribers behaviour.

Alongside with landing pages they also provide you with a social sharing feature so your visitors can easily share your contenct on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

RSS To Email

This is a very useful feature. You automatically sends an email to subscribers with the blog post, as soon as it is published. Your Autoresponse will run parallel alongside this feature so no worries. What more? You can even customise your RSS mails for your subscribers.

Mobile Apps

Today people’s cell phones are usually with them all day long and they also do more and more online using their phones. GetResponse has a cool mobile app so you can easily review and manage your campaigns using your smartphone.

Customer Support

Any service or product doesn’t do well a good customer support service. GetResponse support has not always been very good but it has improved over the years as they hav grown. They provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year customer support service in five different ways.

  1. Toll free number
  2. Live chat
  3. Video training
  4. Forum
  5. Email

My experience with Getresponse support is that they are effective and helpful so I can really recommend it to those in need of good support.

Prices can of course change over time as with any other service and updates to theyr Terms of Service but I can vide you an overview of how the actual prices look. You pay as your list grows so anyone with a small budget can get started easily.

It is not possible for any service to not have any downsides to it so I will point them out as well.

If only RSS to mails feature can show the full length post instead of just the summary would be an improvement for inscance.

The deliverability rate of GetResponse is not thebest on the market, Aweber has better deliverability but the difference is so small that Getresponse makes up for it with all of it’s features and their user friendly interface.

Positive Things About Getresponse

Getresponse is very user friendly which makes it easy to use and it has an excellent autoresponder interface (the only one on the market) which provides you with a calendar view of your email sequences so you can easily visualize and build your email follow up campaigns.

For their landing pages they provide you with a drag and drop landing page builder so you don’t have to be a techie to setup a landing page.

Email deliverability is great, so you usually hit the inbox and avoid the spam box when you send emails.

Getresponse is also more affordable comparing to it’s competitors like Aweber (Which is the only service that can compete with Getresponse.

When it comes to sales results, timing is critical and the features in GetResponse allow me to make sure my prospects get the emails when they are most active on their computers or smartphones. Of course all the cool features in the world mean nothing without deliverability so I ran tests and can say that GetResponse has great deliverability.

Downsides To Getresponse

What I don’t like with Getresponnse is the lack of customizable options. If you need to really change the look of your email, then I do not think this is the best option. Also what is kind of annoying is that if you really like to get your hands dirty coding HTML Getresponse is somehow limited since it’s made to be as easy as possible.

Should You Really Sign Up To GetResponse?

In short yes you should!

If you look for an email marketing solution with great features and which is easy to use. I’m a satisfied customer and I chose to use their service. However if you look for the best deliverability you should sign up for Aweber instead. But  remember that since Getresponse can use timing to when your subscribers usually open thier emails using the perfect timing feature you can very well compensate for the slightly lower deliverability. Personally since I have many lists I use both Aweber and Getresponse.

Hope you enjoyed this Getresonse review and that it helps you to make the right choice!
